1.When we refund
Your first month costs ₹499. If your Google listing shows no new reviews within 30 days of your start date, we refund the full ₹499.
On setup day we note your listing's total review count with you. On day 30 we compare the count with that number. This applies when:
- the ReviewSetu QR stand stayed on display at your counter for the 30 days;
- every customer was offered it the same way, not only the happy ones;
- no discounts, gifts or other rewards were offered for reviews.
We never promise a number of reviews, and Google alone decides which reviews it shows. If you were charged twice or charged in error, we always refund the extra amount.
2.What is not refundable
- The ₹499 first month, once at least one new review has appeared on your listing.
- Monthly payments of ₹499 from the second month onwards.
- A month you have already paid for, if you change your mind. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.
3.How to claim
Send us your shop name and registered phone number on WhatsApp or by email within [Proposed: 7 days] after day 30. We check your listing against the setup count and reply with the result.
If approved, the ₹499 is returned to the original payment method or your UPI ID within [Number of working days].
4.Short mein
Pehla mahina ₹499. Agar 30 din mein aapki Google listing pe ek bhi naya review nahi aaya, toh ₹499 wapas, bas QR stand counter pe laga ho, sab customers ko same tarike se bola gaya ho, aur review ke badle koi offer na diya gaya ho. Doosre mahine se refund nahi hota. Cancel kabhi bhi kar sakte hain.
